“ Section⁠1.⁠This Act is called the "Royal Institute Act, 2545 BE". มาตรา⁠๒⁠พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันถัดจากวันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป Section⁠2.⁠This Act shall come into force from the day following the date of its publication in the Government Gazette onwards. มาตรา⁠๓⁠ให้ยกเลิก (๑) ⁠พระราชบัญญัติราชบัณฑิตยสถาน พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๕
(๒) ⁠พระราชบัญญัติราชบัณฑิตยสถาน (ฉบับที่ ๒) พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๗
Section⁠3.⁠Repealed shall be: (1) ⁠the Royal Institute Act, 2485 Buddhist Era [1942] ;
(2) ⁠the Royal Institute Act (No. 2) , 2487 Buddhist Era [1944] . ”

“ The person who has been selected to hold the office as a replacement shall stay in the office for the remaining term of the person he replaces. มาตรา⁠๒๙⁠สภาราชบัณฑิตมีอํานาจหน้าที่ ดังต่อไปนี้ Section⁠29.⁠The Council of Fellows has the following powers and duties: (๑) ⁠วางนโยบายในการดําเนินงานด้านวิชาการตามอํานาจหน้าที่ของราชบัณฑิตยสถาน (1) ⁠to lay down policies for the conduct of academic works according to the powers and duties of the Royal Institute ”
