“ The Provisions of The Admiralty Lands and Works Act, 1864, respecting the User of Lands, and respecting Recovery of Possession and Sale of Lands, and respecting Actions and Suits by and against the Admiralty relative to Lands, shall apply in relation to all Lands for the Time being vested in or purchased by the Commissioners of the Admiralty. ”

“ Nothing in this Act shall prevent any Person from being proceeded against and punished under any other Act or at Common Law in respect of an Offence (if any) punishable as well under this Act as under any other Act or at Common Law. ”
