“ An organic law bill or a bill may be enacted as law only by and with the advice and consent of the National Assembly and, when signed or deemed to have been signed by the King under this Constitution, shall be published in the Royal Gazette for further entry into force as law. ”

“ The Senators Selection Committee shall select suitable persons from those nominated by organisations in the academic sector, the public sector, the private sector, the professional sector and other sectors, who are of value to the performance of duties of senators as senators in the number equal to that to be achieved as specified in section 111 paragraph one. ”

“ Section 119. Membership of a senator terminates upon: (1) expiration of the term of the Senate; (2) death; (3) resignation; (4) being disqualified or being under any of the prohibitions under section 115; (5) acting in contravention of any of the prohibitions under section 116, section 265 or section 266; (6) the Senate passing a resolution under section 274 removing him or her from office or the Constitutional Court having a decision terminating his or her membership under section 91 or the Supreme Court of Justice having an order under section 239 paragraph two or section 240 paragraph three ”
