“ The fact that the federal court entertaining the suit of one claimant against an estate may entertain a different view of the law controlling the rights of that claimant from that entertained by the court of the state in a suit brought by a claimant, citizen of the state, holding a like character of claim, is no ground for enlarging the jurisdiction of the federal court beyond that given to it by the constitution of the United States. ”
