“ The right to make changes to a work made on commission shall always be subject to authorization by the intellectual creator, with the exception of any changes that are essential for the use of the work according to the purpose for which it was produced.
Article 14 Works of Joint Authorship (1) Copyright in a work of joint authorship as a whole shall belong to all those who have collaborated in its making, and the exercise of the rights shall be governed by the rules of joint ownership, without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph (4) below.
