“ When transferring a work of fine art, or a material object in which this work is embodied, to the ownership of another person, the author shall be entitled to demand access to such a work for the purpose of using it for reproduction (making of copies, slides, post cards, revisions, etc.) , provided that this does not prejudice the legitimate rights and interests of the owner of the work of fine art. The owner cannot deny the author access to the work without sufficient grounds. The owner of the work cannot be requested to deliver the work to the author. ”

“ Under the author’s contract for the assignment of the non-exclusive right to use the work, the author (or other copyright holder) shall assign the right to use the work to another person in a certain manner and within the prescribed scope. The person assigning the non-exclusive right shall retain the right to use the work and to assign the non-exclusive right to use the work to other persons. ”
