“ In cases where more than one term of office is involved and where the Parliamentary Assembly applies the preceding paragraph, the allocation of the terms of office shall be effected by a drawing of lots by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe immediately after the election. A judge elected to replace a judge whose term of office has not expired shall hold office for the remainder of his predecessor's term. The terms of office of judges shall expire when they reach the age of 70. The judges shall hold office until replaced. ”
