Hong Kong Report for the Year 1967… (1968)

For technician and technologist training, the responsibility falls mainly upon the Education Department. At technician level, a large part of the financial burden for recurrent expenditure continues to rest on the government though considerable capital resources have been supplied by industry for the development of the Hong Kong Technical College. At the technologist level, the provision of education remains in the hands of the government so far as it is not provided by the universities.
