Nathan Clifford, Edmondson v. Bloomshire — Opinion of the Court
“ More than six years before the testatrix made her last will and testament in which she uses the phrase 'my certificates that are in the hands of my brother Ben,' the certificate as to the bounty lands had been surrendered to the register of the land office, and the land warrant in question had been issued in its place, and there is no evidence that the land warrant or the certificate which preceded it was ever in the hands of any one of the brothers of the testatrix. ”
