And the Constitutional Court has thereafter ruled in a similar manner, that the Copyright Act, 2537 BE, section 74, the Telecommunications Business Act, 2544 BE, section 78, the Entertainment Facilities Act, 2509 BE, section 28/4, and the Fertilisers Act, 2518 BE, section 72/5, are repugnant or contradictory to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, 2550 Buddhist Era, section 39, paragraph 2, and are no longer applicable according to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, 2550 Buddhist Era, section 6.
