“ Section210.Whoever makes a piece of paper or metal of any kind to be in a form, colour, and shape resembling a note or currency, or utters such article, shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with any of the following three major and minor punishments: one is imprisonment of not more than one year, one is a fine of not more than a thousand baht, the other is the imposition of both such imprisonment and fine. ”
