Section204.Whoever obtains forged or altered currency without the knowledge that it is so shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with any of the following three major and minor punishments, if he still utters it after having learnt the truth that it has been forged or altered: one is imprisonment of not more than ten years, one is a fine of not more than ten thousand baht or decupling the value of the forged or altered money, whichever is greater, the other is the imposition of both such imprisonment and fine.

Section4.For the sake of public order, when an authority from the Ministry of Interior reports that any person carries out an act which would bring about the offence under section 3 above, the Ministry of Interior shall refer the matter to a Committee to be established by the Cabinet for examination and ruling. If it is found to be well-grounded, an opinion shall be rendered that the person be kept within a limited area for a term of not over ten years, and the Ministry of Interior shall have the power to give orders for the implementation of such opinion.

Section50.In handling the public services of the State, the Council of Ministers must perform its duties with the confidence of the House of Representatives.
The Ministers who have been appointed to take charge of ministries, subministries, or services must be constitutionally responsible to the House of Representatives for their own duties, and all of the Ministers, whether or not having been appointed to take charge of ministries, bureaus, or services, must jointly be responsible for the general policy of the Government.
