“ His Majesty the King of Prussia, and his Majesty the King of Saxony, have established the following regulation, with regard to those debts which are to be liquidated by the provinces remaining in part to his Majesty the King of Saxony, as well as to those which belong to the kingdom in general.—The debts, for the liquidation of which certain revenues have been specially assigned (funded debts) , either as to capital or interest, shall be distinguished from those for which no provision has been made. ”
