(2) LANDOWNER- The term `landowner' means the 1 or more owners of the non-Federal land. (3) MAP- The term `map' means the map entitled `Proposed Land Exchange for Pecos National Historical Park', numbered 430/80,054, dated November 19, 1999, and revised September 18, 2000. (4) NON-FEDERAL LAND- The term `non-Federal land' means the approximately 154 acres of non-Federal land in the Park, as depicted on the map.

WILDLAND FIREFIGHTER SAFETY. (a) Definitions- In this section: (1) SECRETARIES- The term `Secretaries' means— (A) the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Directors of the Bureau of Land Management, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Park Service, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs; and (B) the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service. (2) WILDLAND FIREFIGHTER- The term `wildland firefighter' means any person who participates in wildland firefighting activities— (A) under the direction of either of the Secretaries

Study; Report- Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act and except as provided in subsection (c) , the Secretary shall— (1) conduct a study of the land within the study area; and (2) complete a report that— (A) identifies the present ownership of the land within the study area; (B) identifies any undeveloped land that may be at risk of development; and (C) describes any actions that could be taken by the United States, the State, a political subdivision of the State, or any other parties to preserve the open and undeveloped character of the land within the study area.
