The laws of marriage and divorce still bear traces of the passing order, frank and sensible acknowledgment of the existence of certain economic and psychological conditions only to be overcome when the complete change is accomplished.

It is the duty of every citizen of the U.S.S.R. to safeguard and fortify public, socialist property as the sacred and inviolable foundation of the Soviet system, is the source of the wealth and might of the country, as the source of the prosperous and cultured life of all the toilers.
Persons encroaching upon public, socialist property are enemies of the people.
