And, when it is considered that the cold antarctic under-currents fill the depths of the Pacific and Indian Oceans in the northern hemisphere, and also largely the tropical depths of the North Atlantic, I am led to believe that the frigid conditions of the ice age were concurrent in the northern and southern hemispheres. ”
