“ Without prejudice to the rights of the original author, whoever translates a work of art into Arabic or any other language, transforms it from one type of literature, arts or science into another, summarizes, amends, modifies, explains, comments on it, or indexes a work of art, in any manner which renders it a novel in form, shall enjoy protection under this law. ”
