“ In the event that any resident registration card, or the certified copy or abridged copy of resident registration certificate is required to execute various procedures and transactions, etc. as provided for in the Acts and subordinate statutes, a foreigner registration certificate or a fact-certification on foreigner registration shall substitute it. (2) Any foreigner registration and any report on a change of sojourn place under this Act shall substitute any resident registration and any moving-in report. “ Person who is in a process of escort for the protection or compulsory evacuation under this Act, and who has inflicted violence or intimidation to persons, or has escaped jointly with more than two persons; and Person who captures the persons protected or temporarily protected under this Act, or the persons in a process of escort for the protection or compulsory evacuation, or has them escape. ”

“ Provided, That if any unforeseen accident occurs, such as an emergency landing of the aircraft, a shipwreck, etc., the head of the ships, etc. or forwarder shall notify without delay the head of office or branch office. ”
