“ He shall not be penalized, if, in stopping a shot at goal, the ball, in the umpire’s opinion, merely rebounds off his body or his hand If the ball be caught and held by the goal-keeper it shall be deemed to be at rest. (See also Clause (e) (iii) ) . He may not touch the ball with any part of his stick when the ball is above the height of his shoulder. The usual privileges of the goal-keeper shall be allowed to him, but he shall not be allowed any change of dress or equipment between the award and the completion of the penalty stroke. ”
