Lord God, what more ouer may Dauid adden, whanne þus þou hast glorified þi seruaunt, and knowen hym? Now þann, my sone, þe Lord be wiþ þee, and do welsumly, and bilde up an hous to þe Lord þi God, as he haþ spoken of þee. Also þe Lord ȝeue to þee prudence and wytt, þat þou mowe gouerne Yrael, and keep þe lawe of þe Lord þi God. Þanne forsoþe þou schalt mown profyten, ȝif þou kepist þe hestis and domes, þe whiche þe Lord comaundyde to Moyses, þat he schulde techen Yrael; take coumfort and do manly, ne drede þou, ne take fer.
