“ Y shal not be conuertid, þat Y distruye Effraym; for Y God, and not man; holy in þe mydil of þee, and Y shal not entre in to cytee. After þe Lord þei shuln go. As a lyoun he schal roore, for he schal roore, and sones of þe see schulen drede. And þei shuln flee awey as a brid fro Egypt, and as culuer of þe lond of Assiriens. And Y shal to gydre sette hem in her housis, saiþ þe Lord. Effraym disceyuede me in marchaundise, and in ydol of þe hous of Yrael. Forsoþe Judas witnes wente doun wiþ God, and wiþ feiþful saintis. ”
