“ A person who, recklessly or negligently, causes or permits a small unmanned aircraft to endanger any person or property during a flight commits an offence and is liable on conviction on indictment to a fine at level 6 and to imprisonment for 2 years. ”

“ If any part of a flight of a small unmanned aircraft is within a restricted flying zone, the aircraft may only be operated for the flight in accordance with a permission granted under section 37 in respect of the restricted flying zone. ”

“ A person commits an offence if, in relation to this Order, the person provides or produces any document or information that the person knows, or ought reasonably to have known, to be false or misleading in a material respect. ”
