“ The heads of employment security agency and the public vocational training institute shall, when requested by employer, workers’ representative or trade union to support for such employment managerial practice as recruitment, hiring or assignment, development of vocational Skills, promotion and wage system, etc., for workers, provide necessary supports in counselling and guidance, etc., using the employment information. ”

“ One of the aims of the Labor Movement is to secure such changes in the run of things that “the workers should own their jobs.” Well, some of the unions of the A. “ The term 'labor organization' is defined by § 2 (5) of the Act, which says:
'The term 'labor organization' means any organization of any kind, or any agency or employee representation committee or plan, in which employees participate and which exists for the purpose, in whole or in part, of dealing with employers concerning grievances, labor disputes, wages, rates of pay, hours of employment, or conditions of work.' 29 U.S.C. § 152 (5) , 29 U.S.C.A. § 152 (5) . ”

“ The organization, functions, operation and other necessary matters for the Policy Council, the Local Employment Council and the technical committees shall be provided by the Presidential Decree. Article 7 (Employment Security Agency) The State shall, through the efficient implementation of the employment related laws including this Act, establish and operate the employment security agency by each region in order to promote employment of workers and facilitate securing manpower for employers. ”

“ Employment agency practices It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employment agency to fail or refuse to refer for employment, or otherwise to discriminate against, any individual because of his race, color, religion, sex, or national origin, or to classify or refer for employment any individual on the basis of his race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. ”

“ If he apply to a labour agency—a perfectly irresponsible medium, be it remembered—not even licensed by the State, or supervised in any official way, he may, after considerable expense, succeed in finding employment. ”

“ Persons formerly employed by a state agency have no special entitlement to
resume their employment. All employment decisions will be based on the needs
of the agency. Prior employment with the agency may be a factor in deciding to
rehire a former employee to fill a vacancy. ”

“ The Minister of Labor may request the chief of central administrative agency concerned or local government for required cooperation on undertaking or suspension of project or hiring workers when recognized as necessary to attain employment security or adjustment in demand and supply of manpower. ”

“ The term “demonstrates” means meets the burdens of production and persuasion. (n) The term “respondent” means an employer, employment agency, labor organization, joint labor-management committee controlling apprenticeship or other training or retraining program, including an on-the-job training program, or Federal entity subject to section 2000e–16 of this title. ”

“ As defined in that opinion, the term 'agency shop' applies to an arrangement under which all employees are required as a condition of employment to pay dues to the union and pay the union's initiation fee, but they need not actually become union members. ”

“ Employing office.— The term “employing office”, with respect to a covered employee, means the office, agency, or other entity in which the covered employee is employed (or sought employment or was employed in the case of an applicant or former employee, respectively) . (d) Regulations To Implement Section.—
(1) In general.— The President, or the designee of the President, shall issue regulations to implement paragraphs (1) and (3) of subsection (a) and paragraphs (1) and (3) of subsection (b) . ”

“ The position of Employment Policy Officer shall be established outside of the division handling the personnel matters of the department or agency concerned. Each Employment Policy Officer shall be under the immediate supervision of the head of his department or agency, and shall be given the authority necessary to enable him to carry out his responsibilities under this order. “ A state organ may, owing to need of work and upon approval by the department in charge of work related to civil servants at the provincial level or above, practice contract-based employment for posts requiring high expertise and posts that are auxiliary in nature. ”
