Annual meeting

“ Where the meetings are only quarterly or annual, the society should be properly represented at each meeting, and their best interests are subserved by following the practice of Congress, and letting the effect of the reconsideration terminate with the session. ”

“ Section⁠21.⁠It shall be the duty of the House to designate ordinary meetings.
There can only be an extraordinary meeting when Members numbering not less than fifteen in total make a joint request or the People's Committee makes a request for convening such a meeting. An appointment to hold an extraordinary meeting is ordered by the President or the person acting on his behalf. ”
