“ The nature of the legislative purpose is the preservation of a traditional institution which assures to the community a time during which the mind and body are released from the demands and distractions of an increasingly machanized and competition-driven society. ”

“ Almost all the prosperity of a public society and civil community does, under God, depend on their rulers.
