Contracts Provide Improvements of Major Character
A NUMBER of important improvements on the state highway system are assured in awards of contract made during the past 30-day period by B. B. Meek, Director of the Department of Public Works. ”

“ To meet that natural demand, to satisfy those intellectual affections and aspirations of the people, this institution has arisen; and it has endeavored to fulfill its location in a spirit commensurate with those wants on the part of the public, to which it owes its existence and its prosperity. ”

Those who dash across grade crossings and give no heed to traffic regulations should, after warning be deprived of licenses. ”
