The shipment of the goods is made at the expense and risk of the purchaser. Complaints can only be made within 8 days after receipt of the merchandise. The Lucerne court is competent in any proceedings at law. The bidder accepts the above conditions of sale by verbal or written orders. Orders will be executed, at the usual conditions, by the firm Adolph Hess Ltd. at a commission of 5% on the price realized. ”
